Running the Race

Yesterday in church, the pastor spoke on 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, which talks about the need to “run in such a way as to get the prize”, and making our bodies our slaves so that we will not be disqualified. The Other Leprosy

A friend recently wrote to me that he spent his Christmas reading, writing, and watching little things outside of his window. It’s sad how busy people are these days – that often they miss doing those very things.

No Contest

Sometimes we get it into our minds and hearts that there’s a cosmic wrestling match between God and Satan – perhaps because we struggle so much with good and evil ourselves. But the amazing thing is that there’s really no contest. God always wins. We may suffer momentary defeats, but in the end:

Evil:God = Ant:Us
